The ANWB: a leader for 134 years in connecting, streaming and moving The ANWB has been in existence since 1 July 1883, which is much earlier than the first computer-driven calculation models. Having enough historical data isn’t a challenge for us; the challenge is serving so many assistance providers, colleagues, customers and, especially, 4 million ANWB members! Not only do we lead in the number, reach and volume of touch points for this group but also in vital infrastructure, where we contribute both in the Netherlands and abroad. This requires specialists (including Data Engineers) who enjoy technical pioneering work and data-driven challenges. The ANWB wants to shift to a truly data-driven organization. From shop to trauma helicopter and from Emergency Center to traffic reports, all those various data streams have to be well managed. We are building Business Intelligence solutions and Analytical CRM applications, which will serve such themes as Connected Car and apps like Onderweg and Routeplanner. As a data engineer you will enjoy a broad work field and the freedom of using your creativity in your solutions. Innovation is also needed to shift between high-tech sensor data, real-time alerting and monitoring. Periodic reports and predictive analytics? Here too you can contribute to constant innovation and relevant products.Waar je aan werkt

In short, as an agile colleague, you as an individual will have all of the opportunities and room to use and expand your talents! That makes us better together!Hebben we een match?
What do we ask from you? You are innovative and you help your colleagues to think beyond the limits of their own positions. You also have the courage to break through the status quo at the ANWB. We will give you plenty of room and especially freedom to do so. Do you think that we can or should do something better? Do you need different technology for this? Nothing will stand in your way of making an impact on collecting, processing and distributing our data and insights.Waar in de organisatie
